As we all know, circuit board shredder is also called PCB shredder. It is a piece of mechanical equipment used for coarse crushing of used circuit boards, circuit boards, and computer motherboards. With high output and easy operation, the size of the material can be adjusted according to user needs, making it very effective shredding equipment.
Circuit board shredder is often used in production. The use of circuit board shredder significantly improves efficiency. However, circuit board shredder often has some failures during production, thus affecting production and efficiency. Below, Wanrooe machinery explains the common failures of circuit board shredder.
1. Circuit board shredder does not produce powder or has low output.
Solutions: (1) Check and adjust the powder locker seal. If air leakage is found, replace the shovel knife; (2) Replace with a new shovel knife; (3) Clean the material in the airway and restart the twin-shaft shredder.
2. Circuit board shredder finished powder is too coarse or too fine.
Failure causes: (1) The analyzer blades are severely worn, unable to classify properly; (2) The fan air volume is not appropriate. Solutions: (1) Replace the blade with the appropriate length; adjust the fan inlet air volume to solve coarseness; (2) If too fine, increase the inlet air volume.
3. Circuit board shredder host current rises, machine temperature rises, fan current drops.
Failure causes: (1) Excessive feed, air ducts are clogged with powder, pipeline exhaust is not smooth, circulating airflow causes overheating, resulting in main current rise, machine temperature rise, and fan current drop. Solutions: (1) Reduce the amount of feed, clear the accumulated powder in the air duct; (2) Open the remaining air duct valve, control the incoming material temperature at 6°C or below.
This article mainly introduces three types of failures that may occur in the circuit board shredder during actual production, and explains the causes and solutions. If you have any doubts about our introduction, please feel free to communicate with us.
