Description of the PP Fiber Waste Recycling System
1. Belt Conveyor & Metal Detection
Flighted belt conveyor provides stable feeding of lightweight PP fiber waste into the shredder. Integrated metal detectors remove metal contaminants to protect cutting blades and improve equipment reliability.
2. Double Single Shaft Shredder Machine
Model: PNDS-1000D
- Dual 55+55 kW motors with No.7 gearbox for high torque shredding.
- Two rotor shafts designed for efficient PP fiber waste processing.
- DC53/tungsten carbide square knives with four usable cutting edges.
- Fixed knives feature four-side replaceable design for longer service life.
- Adjustable output size: 30–80 mm
3. Buffer Storage Hopper
Variable-frequency buffer hopper with agitator prevents material bridging and ensures stable feeding. Conveyor metal detection removes remaining metal impurities before extrusion.
4. Screw Densifier Feeding Equipment
Power: 5.5 kW. Replaces traditional 160 kW agglomeration feeding systems.
Provides compact and continuous feeding while significantly reducing energy consumption and improving extrusion stability.
5. Two-Stage Pelletizing Line
Extruder No.1
180 mm screw diameter. High feeding capacity and plasticizing efficiency.
Single-plate double-station screen changer for impurity filtration.
Extruder No.2
160 mm screw diameter. Main motor: 55 kW. Heating power: 24 kW.
Double-column hydraulic screen changer enables continuous operation without stopping production.
6. Water-Cooling Strand Pelletizing System
- Equipped with 7.5 kW automatic water traction system.
- Provides stable strand cooling and cutting.
- Reduces manual operation and improves pelletizing consistency.
