Process Flow
Conveying feeding → Metal detector → Film agglomerator/compactor → Degassing single screw extruder → Hydraulic filter exchanger → Mold head → Water ring cutting → Dewatering machine → Air dryer blowing system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing.

Detailed Description of Each Component
1. Conveyor: Conveys PP PE film or flakes into the compactor.
2. PE Film Agglomerator/Compactor: Crushes and compresses film, and feeds the compressed film into the extruder under force to ensure high and stable production capacity.
3. Extruding System: Plasticizes material and exhausts gas.
4. High-Speed Net Exchanging System and Die Head: Filters material impurities to make production more stable.
5. Water Ring Pelletizing Machine: Cuts pellets in water.
6. Water Tank: Cools pellets.
7. Dewatering Machine: Dries pellets.
8. Vibrating Screen: Removes bad pellets and retains good pellets.
9. Air Blower: Conveys good pellets into the silo.
10. Storage Silo: Stores pellets.
