Some users do not need to change them for a year or two. For other materials, the blade may need to be replaced in as little as two or three months, or up to half a year.

1. After a period of mixing, when the high-speed mixer blades become worn and some blades become dull, you may observe poor mixing, slow temperature rise, and reduced mixing speed. This can be determined through feedback from the workshop production staff. At this point, it is time to replace the PVC high-speed mixer knives.
2. Observe the appearance of the mixer blades. Here are a few examples. If the mixing knife shows wear as shown below, replacement is needed promptly.
