Overview of the High-Speed Mixer
The high-speed mixer combines hot mixing and cold mixing processes. Materials from the hot mixing process are automatically cooled in the cold mixing process to remove residual gases and prevent agglomeration.
The machine can pulverize, disperse, emulsify, and mix liquid raw materials of different viscosities.
Working Principle
The high-speed mixing equipment uses the high-speed operation of the upper and lower teeth of the dispersing disc to rapidly shear, impact, pulverize, and disperse materials. It has the functions of mixing, dissolving, dispersing, and refining.

Maintenance Guidelines
1. Regular Maintenance
At the end of each shift, the tank needs to be cleaned. For maintenance of the agitation geared motor, please refer to the instructions provided in the manual.
2. Seal Replacement
When replacing seals or servicing the high-speed mixer, first turn off the power and ensure the automatic switch is in the stop position.
When the material at the bottom of the tank is discharged, the seal can be repaired or replaced in time according to the degree of discharge. When replacing the seal, the stirring paddle should be removed.
