Pulp Separator
Pulp Separator is mainly used as an ideal equipment for tail pulp treatment in waste paper pulping systems, and plays a major role in the separation of impurities such as pulp and plastics. This machine has the characteristics of closed operation, no splashing, high fiber retention rate, low processing cost and quick investment recovery.
In waste paper pulping, due to the different paper quality, there is a lot of residue. This machine can remove light and heavy debris and decompose small pieces of paper in the fiber. It will not block the screen plate, and hard debris will not damage it. Screen plate, the factory does not need to stop operation frequently for cleaning, and it can also be used as a second bulk machine. It is mainly used for sorting tail pulp after fiber separator and pressure screen; the processed and sorted pulp is directly returned to the pulp tank in front of fiber separator or pressure screen for reuse.
