Crushing flammable and explosive articles is strictly prohibited to avoid accidents.
2. During production, uniform feeding should be maintained to ensure crushing quality and normal production. Motor overload is strictly prohibited to ensure the equipment is not overloaded, which would affect normal operation.
3. Operators should regularly check the fastening and loosening of each component and pay attention to the wear of vulnerable parts. If wear is severe, it should be replaced in time to avoid damage to main parts. In addition, mechanical impurities should be removed.
4. Due to the fast operation of the equipment, the chassis base should be installed correctly and firmly, and good lubrication should be maintained to keep the equipment running normally. Under normal circumstances, the bearing temperature should not be too high during operation. If the temperature is too high, check the lubrication system and the internal shaft parts in time. The main bearings should be greased once a week, and other small bearings greased once every 10-15 days. The best choice of oil is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and suitable for high speed.
