Paper Plastic Separating Machine Structure and Principle

This paper and plastic separator machine is composed of three parts:

1. Shell:

It consists of upper and lower parts composed of structural parts. The upper shell is equipped with an adjustable angle guide plate, a water spray hole with a diameter of 6-10mm and a reverse wear-resistant plate; the lower shell is equipped with a semicircular screen. plate. During maintenance, the upper shell can be manually turned 90 degrees by means of a screw device to facilitate inspection and replacement of internal accessories.

2. Rotor:

There is a high-speed rotating rotor between the upper and lower housings. When running, the stirring blades and multiple cleaning plates will impact the incoming paper and plastic multiple times to separate the paper and plastic. Under the detergent of flushing water, the crushed fibers leak into the outlet slot through the sieve plate below, and the plastic is pushed to the plastic outlet one by one. It is normal for plastics to contain no fibers.

The distance between the cleaning plate on the rotor and the sieve plate below must be strictly controlled between 2-3mm. If the gap exceeds 3.0mm, the sorting effect will deteriorate, which will cause the sieve plate to be pasted and the fiber content of the plastic outlet to increase. At this time, the cleaning plate or screen plate should be replaced to ensure that the gap is within the required range.

When replacing the cleaning plate, it is necessary to strictly control the corresponding weight between the cleaning plates to ensure the balance accuracy of the rotor when rotating at high speed (G6.3). Otherwise, vibration will occur, endangering the safety of people and buildings. It is recommended to check the balance of the rotor after overhaul or replacement of the cleaning plate, otherwise, it cannot be put into operation.

3. Guide plate and water spray hole:

The angle of the guide plate should be adjusted according to the amount of paper content in the waste material to adapt to the detergent time the paper stays in the machine and ensure that the plastic does not contain fiber. The water spray holes should be checked frequently to ensure a normal water supply and should not be interrupted during operation to prevent blockage from affecting the sorting effect.
