Paper Pulp Reject Separator Slurry Separator is mainly used as ideal equipment for tail pulp treatment in waste paper pulping systems and plays a major role in the separation of impurities such as pulp and plastics. This machine has the characteristics of closed operation, no splashing, high fiber retention rate, low processing cost and quick investment recovery.

In waste paper pulping, due to the different paper quality, there is a lot of residue. This machine can remove light and heavy debris and decompose small pieces of paper in the fiber. It will not block the screen plate, and hard debris will not damage it. Screen plate, the factory does not need to stop operation frequently for cleaning, and it can also be used as a second bulk machine. It is mainly used for sorting tail pulp after the fiber separator and pressure screen; the processed and sorted pulp is directly returned to the pulp tank in front of the fiber separator or pressure screen for reuse. The tailings discharged after sorting do not contain fiber and comply with environmental emission requirements. It has been used with remarkable results in many paper mills.

 

Paper Pulp Reject Separator Slurry Separator Structure and Principle:

This paper pulp reject separator slurry separator consists of three parts

1. Shell:

It consists of upper and lower parts composed of structural parts. The upper shell is equipped with an adjustable angle guide plate, a ¢6MM water spray hole and a reverse wear-resistant plate; the lower shell is equipped with a semicircular sieve plate. During maintenance, the upper shell can be manually turned 90° by a screw device to facilitate inspection and replacement of internal accessories.

2. Rotor:

There is a high-speed rotating rotor between the upper and lower shells. During operation, the stirring blades and blades will impact the incoming tail slurry multiple times to separate the fibers from the slurry. Under the washing of flushing water, the fibers pass through the following The screen plate leaks into the outlet slot, and the waste materials are pushed to the waste outlet one by one. It is normal for waste materials to contain no fiber. The distance between the blade on the rotor and the sieve plate below should be strictly controlled between 0.5-1.5MM. If the gap exceeds 2MM, the deterioration of the sorting effect will cause the sieve plate to be blocked and the fiber content of the waste outlet will increase. At this time, the blade or screen plate should be replaced to ensure that the gap is within the required range. When replacing the blade, the corresponding weight of the blade must be strictly controlled to ensure the balance accuracy of the rotor when rotating at high speed. Otherwise, vibration will occur, endangering the safety of people and buildings. It is recommended to correct the balance of the rotor when overhauling or completely replacing the blades. The balance grade is G6.3.

3. Guide plate and water spray hole:

The angle and direction of the guide plate should be adjusted according to the impurity content in the tail slurry to adapt to the washing time of the impurities in the machine and ensure that the waste does not contain fiber. The water spray holes should be checked frequently to ensure normal water supply and should not be interrupted during operation to prevent blockage from affecting the sorting effect.
