Sample 1:Refrigerator Recycling

1.Pre-treatment stage – Professional equipment is used to recover Freon from the refrigerator and compress it into sealed storage tanks for subsequent purification, reuse, or compliant destruction. Heat exchangers are tightly wound layers of copper tubes and aluminum fins, often contaminated with residual refrigerants, oils, and foam insulation. Traditional methods burn off aluminum (polluting) or cause high copper loss.

1.Shredding – A dual-shaft shredder performs initial cutting and shredding of the material.

2.Crushing – A hammer crusher further reduces the material into fine particles suitable for separation.

3.Separation – After crushing, an air separator separates the copper‑aluminum mixture from aluminum, and then further separates copper from aluminum. The separation rate can reach as high as 99.8%.
