Technical Characteristics
1. Integrated Production Line: This production line integrates mixing, conveying, feeding, and extrusion. It features automatic continuous operation, high production efficiency, and good plasticizing and mixing effects. The compact structure occupies little floor space and can be installed as a flat device. The internal mixer, feeder, and extruder each have their own heating and cooling systems.
2. Segmented Closed-Loop Temperature Control: The production process uses segmented closed-loop temperature control. According to process requirements, each zone controls its respective temperature, making it especially suitable for extruding and pelletizing materials that are mixed directly by the internal mixer.
3. Feeding Mechanism: The feeding mechanism adopts a propeller double-pull type with nitriding treatment.
4. Barrel and Screw Material: The barrel screw is made of 38CrMOALA high-quality alloy steel, offering high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, improving production efficiency.
5. Screen Change System: The machine head adopts manual screen change or fast automatic screen change without stopping. It is composed of multiple frequency converters.
6. Electronic Control System: The electronic control system uses advanced PLC control technology, allowing feeding, extrusion, pelletizing, and other machines to perform high-precision, wide-range stepless speed regulation according to process requirements. It also features whole-machine process chain control, audible and visual fault alarms, and other reliable functions.

Process Flow
1. Agglomerator: Used for mixing raw materials and performing initial granulation. Its purpose is to fully stir the main materials and additives evenly and plasticize them into a mass.
2. Bucket Feeding Machine: Used to send the rubber material to the double-wrist feeding machine after mixing and plasticizing by the mixer. Its main function is to feed the material to the single screw granulator.
3. Modified Granulating Machine: Its function is to push the mixed rubber from the mixer through secondary dispersion to the cutting die head for granulation. Since the temperature of the rubber needs to be maintained during the pushing process, there are generally five temperature control zones to adjust the temperature of the rubber for granulation and forming.
4. Granulator: Connected to the die head of the single screw extruder. The high-speed rotary cutting blade driven by the motor is held close to the die head for cutting. The cutting knife speed is adjustable, and a frequency conversion extruder is used to control the shape and output of the pellets.
5. Cooling Barrel: The cooling barrel is connected by a transparent plastic pipe to the material trough of the granulator, and material is pushed into the cooling barrel by a powerful fan. The cooling barrel wall is designed as a jacket type to reduce the temperature of the rubber material. The material is then sent via a transparent hose connected to a powerful fan to the vibrating screen.
6. Air Cooled Screen Bed: The main function of the air cooled screen bed is to cool the rubber further. After cooling by the cooling barrel, a powerful fan sends the material to the screen bed for secondary cooling. The screen bed cooling system is air cooled, composed of 6–8 small fans suspended above the screen bed.
7. Storage Barrel: Its main function is to store the plastic pellets cooled by the pelletizing machine and the pelletizing machine cooling system.
Advantages
1. High Performance: Very low thermal deformation, high precision, large torque, and good wear resistance and corrosion resistance under high temperature and pressure.
2. Precise Temperature Control: The barrel and screw are equipped with a cooling device directly connected to the cooling system. The cooling system in the barrel and each zone of the machine has separate solenoid valves. When the measured temperature exceeds the set value, the solenoid valve is quickly activated; when the temperature drops, the water supply is stopped. At the same time, the corresponding heating circuit can be activated to raise the temperature to the set value. This work is carried out alternately, and the working temperature of each section is controlled within a small range (1–3°C). Temperature control is accurate with fast response. The working temperature can be quickly reduced under local overheating conditions, effectively preventing color differences in finished pellets.
3. Efficient Screen Change: The die head adopts a manual (or automatic) screen changing device. The honeycomb filter plate is easy to clean, screen changes are fast, and the die head is not prone to leakage.
