Modified Plastic Compounding Pelletizing Granulator Technical characteristics :
1. This production line integrates mixing, conveying, feeding and extrusion. Automatic continuous determination, high production efficiency, plasticizing, mixing effect is good. Compact structure, small footprint and space, can be flat devices. Internal refining, feeding, extruder have their own heating, cooling systems;
2. The production process is segmented closed-loop temperature control. According to the process, requirements to control the respective temperature eating ability. It is especially suitable for extruding and making the pellet material which is mixed directly by the inner mixer.

Modified Plastic Compounding Pelletizing Granulator process flow: 
1. Agglomerator: used for mixing and performing granulating raw materials, its purpose is to fully stir the main material and small material evenly, and plastic into a group;
2. Bucket feeding machine: It is used to send the rubber material to the double wrist feeding machine after mixing and plasticizing by the mixer. Its main function is to feed the material to the single screw granulator;
3. Modified granulating machine: granulating machine, its function is to push the mixed rubber of the mixer through secondary dispersion to the cutting die head for granulating. Because the temperature of the rubber needs to be guaranteed in the process of pushing, there are generally five temperature control areas to adjust the temperature of the rubber with the granulator for granulating and forming;
4. Granulator: Connected with the die head of the single screw extruder, the high speed rotary cutting blade driven by the motor is close to the die head for cutting, the speed of the cutting knife is adjustable, and the frequency conversion extrusion granulator is used to control the shape and output of the particles;
5. Cooling barrel: the cooling barrel is connected by a transparent plastic pipe to the material groove of the granulator, and pushed into the cooling barrel by the powerful fan. The wall of the cooling barrel is designed as a jacket type to reduce the temperature of the rubber material, and then the transparent hose connected by the strong fan is sent to the vibrating screen;
6. Air cooled screen bed: the main function of air cooled screen bed is to cool the rubber again, after cooling by the cooling barrel, the powerful fan is sent to the screen bed for secondary cooling. The screen bed cooling system is air cooled, composed of 6-8 small fans hanging and above the screen bed;
7. Storage barrel: its main function is to store the plastic particles cooled by the pelletizing machine and the pelletizing machine cooling system.
Modified Plastic Compounding Pelletizing Granulator Advantages:
1. Very low thermal deformation, high precision, large torque, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance under high temperature and pressure;
2. The barrel and screw are equipped with a cooling device, directly connected to the cooling system, the cooling system in the barrel and each area of the machine respectively into the solenoid valve, in the case of the measured temperature exceeds the set value quickly connected to the solenoid valve, stop the water supply, at the same time can connect the corresponding heating circuit, so that the temperature rises to the set value. The working temperature can be quickly reduced under the condition of local overheating, and the color difference of finished particles can be effectively prevented.
3. The die head adopts manual (automatic) net changing device, and the honeycomb filter plate is easy to clean and quickly change the net and the die head is not easy to leak.
